Kolton company is a manufacturer of eco- heating boilers meet the requirements of the standard EN 303-5: 2012 and requirements of Eco Design. We have been in the heating boiler market for 38 years, which obliges us company to create products of the highest quality.

Our heating boilers are exclusively made from tried and tested materials. All our products are distinguished by their high functionality and aesthetic qualities. We focus on intensive development of production technology, for this purpose we constantly invest in our machine park. The domain of the company is the possession of modern machines, necessary for the processing of the material and thanks to it we are a manufacturer of C.O. boilers which fully owns the offered products.

The heating boiler  class is a heating boiler with a storage tank and an automatic fuel feeder adapted for eco pea combustion. The heating boiler body is made entirely of certified sheet 6-8 mm thick.

The heating boiler 5 class with feeder, thanks to special solutions allows to obtain smokeless combustion, low emission and high efficiency from 91.8% ÷ 93.7%. The advanced controller controls the temperature of the water in the boiler and directs the operation of the feeder, fan, controls the operation of the mixing valve actuator, pumps and, optionally, can work with various types of room thermostats and Internet and GSM communication modules. The advantage of the boiler is the horizontal plate construction of the exchanger, which has turbulators for turbulence, which makes the boiler achieve constant high efficiency and a tubular exchanger that performs the function of cooling refractory plates, extends their life and reduces the emission of harmful compounds generated during combustion.

The boiler  has a flue outlet construction only vertically. A significant innovation in the boiler, improving the combustion process and limiting exhaust emissions is a patented retort III special retort, protected by three patents, with a cone shape with aeration holes and protrusions forming a helix. The boiler is also available in a version with a cast iron feeder from EKOENERGIA with 20 kW and 25 kW. The advantage of the boiler is also lining the furnace chamber with ceramic in the form of special plates optimizing the combustion process. it can work in continuous mode without extinguishing during the heating season. The automation makes it possible to prepare domestic hot water also in the summer. The boiler, both with the RETOSCROLL furnace and the cast iron feeder, has obtained the ecological certificate IChPW confirmed by tests and meets Ecodesign requirements (Ecodesign). Disposable overfilling of the fuel tank allows for a few days of unattended operation of the boiler c.o. The  heating boiler is available with 20 and 25 kW.
